The Controller has commissioned the Processor to provide, on his behalf, for the following services:
Management of patient’s data regarding his/her appointment and follow-up services;
Management of the agenda/calendar
Management of the entire IT infrastructure, software, maintenance and administration of all hardware and software related to the Principal Agreement services.
The nature of operations carried out on the data for the purpose of (i), (ii) and (iii) are:
Collection, storage and modification of personal information of patient required by the doctor to organize the appointment
Search of patient account using one of its stored personal data
Communications with data subject regarding appointment using email or (mobile) number
Automated backup of data
The Processor shall undertake to process the data solely for the purpose(s) subject to the Principal Agreement and above mentioned purposes.
WE USE GOOGLE ANALYTICS Ostéo & Co uses Google Analytics to track how users use the website and how effective the Adwords ads from OstéO & Co on Google search result pages are.
Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as these third parties process the information on behalf of Google. Ostéo & Co has no influence on this.
Ostéo & Co does not allow Google to use Analytics information obtained through Ostéo & Co for other Google services.
